Tandia’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

Join us online for our AGM! The meeting will be held virtually on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., allowing members to take part from the comfort of home.

The purpose of the meeting is:

To receive reports from the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, the financial statements and auditors’ report, and the Audit and Operational Risk Committee’s report;
To appoint the Auditor;
To announce election results for the Board of Directors;
To transact such other business as may properly come before an Annual General Meeting of Members

The webcast will be interactive, allowing members to ask questions using the chat function. To participate, please register at the link below. You will receive a link to join the webcast in advance of the meeting. We hope you can join us!

Director Election - Online Voting March 18, 2024 - April 5, 2024

Online voting will be open for members in online banking from Monday March 18, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. through Friday April 5, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Members who are 18 and over with $25 in Member Shares are eligible to vote.

To vote online, you must first login to online banking. Once you are logged in, select "Online Voting Form" from the left of the menu.

If you require assistance with online voting, please visit or contact your branch and a representative will be able to help you.

Corporations, Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations can only cast their vote though a written proxy available at any branch, signed by the President or other authorized officer of such entity and by appointing one person to vote in-branch on its behalf.

This year, there are four (4) candidates for the three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors. The candidates are:

Repealing of By-laws

Tandia is repealing the current By-laws and replacing them with new ones as a result of the new Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020.
