Submissions for nominations for the three (3) positions to be filled on the Board of Directors will be accepted by the Chair, Nominating Committee. The Nomination Period commences on Monday December 2, 2024 and applications will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday December 31, 2024.
On or after Monday December 2, 2024, a “Director Candidate Information Guide” may be obtained from the office of the President & CEO, or you can download and print a copy using the link found on this page. In order to be valid, the Application for Nomination must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Tuesday December 31, 2024.
As defined in Tandia Financial Credit Union Limited By-Laws and the Board’s Governance policies, the Nominating Committee of the Board plays an integral role in the process of reviewing nominated candidates who meet the eligibility requirements. This Committee is required to evaluate the experience, expertise and qualifications of the candidate in relation to the specific director selection criteria established by the Board from time to time.
Tandia Financial Credit Union Limited elections will be conducted via electronic voting during the period of March 17, 2025 until April 4, 2025. There will be no nominations from the floor, nor will any voting for directors take place at the Annual General Meeting. The results of the election will be announced at the Annual General Meeting of Tandia Financial Credit Union Limited, to be held on Thursday April 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
